2019 Highlights

Paramedics, EMTs, nurses, doctors, medical technicians, trainees and other healthcare professionals attending represented more than 100 different agencies throughout Arizona.
2021 hightlights
October 26, 2021--Phoenix Children’s, in partnership with the Phoenix Fire Department and hosted by the Phoenix Suns, presented the fourth EMS | MVP Pediatric Symposium, a training to ensure first responders in Arizona have the up-to-date education they need to respond to pediatric emergencies, which often require a very different response than adult emergency calls.
Formerly known as the "Phoenix Children's Hospital EMS For Kids ('EMS4K') Conference," this event helps better-prepare Phoenix's robust first-responder network for pediatric-specific emergencies. The event took place at the Footprints Center, home of the Phoenix Suns.
2023 Highlights
The 2023 EMS and Prehospital Care Conference was a resounding success, drawing over 800 attendees, both in person and virtually. Amidst a bustling atmosphere of learning and networking, attendees had the opportunity to engage with over 50 exhibitors and sponsors, showcasing the latest advancements in medical technology and services. Throughout the conference, participants immersed themselves in a rich tapestry of seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions, delving into topics ranging from trauma management to disaster response. With renowned experts at the helm and a vibrant community of healthcare professionals in attendance, the conference served as a beacon of innovation and collaboration in the field of emergency medicine.
2024 hightlights
The 2024 Phoenix Children’s EMS and Prehospital Care Conference was a tremendous success, bringing together over 600 attendees and 36 exhibitors for a full day of impactful education, networking, and collaboration. Hosted at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa, this year’s conference focused on advancing pediatric emergency care for EMS professionals across the region.
Attendees also had the opportunity to explore the Exhibit Hall, engage with key industry partners, and enjoy networking over lunch and breaks. The event delivered 6.25 hours of continuing education credit, supporting the growth and development of EMTs, paramedics, nurses, and other prehospital care providers.
